Has a huge dent in the frontThe hat itself was nice, and delivered before expected. However the product was too small. I asked for an exchange but was told that was not allowed through Amazon. If I wanted a different size I would have to ship it back, and order it again. The problem lies with the fact that I paid $72.00 to send it back. Is Hat Country or Amazon going to absorb this cost, or am I just out of $72.00 dollars for nothing? I can guarantee, that I will never again order from either again if I’m screwed! SoI will not rate this transaction until the issue is resolved!Bought this hat, but ordered wrong size. Contacted seller, and they were very helpful with everything.
