This is a great garden walk in the park or hit the beach hat.I don't want toLove the looks of this hat. Very well made. Fits nice. Elastic band keeps it on your head in the wind. Stampede strings will keep it on in bigger winds. Brim is a bit bigger but it is a mans hat so pretty much what I expected. All in all very satisfied with this purchase!This hat blew my expectations. I thought the hat would be cute - perfect for a classy girl but it's a great unisex hat. I am impressed with the craftsmanship and the beauty of it. I got the white hat with black Greek key trim. It's just enough of a design to add some uniqueness to the hat without making it too feminine. My husband tried it on as well and it looks great on both of us. He knows cowboy hats and was impressed with it as well.Seems to be well made and of good quality. Good looking too.Thanks DennisThe weave of the straw is tight and fine. It's slightly shiny, nicely embellished along the brim and crown, and my favorite part is the elastic lining inside. The construction isn't flexible so it's not something to drop in a beach bag without some care. Its not tight on my big head, but it doesn't feel like it would come off except in an intense wind (or cartwheels). I'm a tall woman with a man size skull, and it's nice to find a quality beach hat that is truly unisex looking. It would look fantastic on a man as well.Fits well and is sturdy. It has held its shape and stood up to rain and sun this summer in west Florida. The neck strap is just what is needed when the winds are up at the coast. This is a good hat. RCHBought for my husband. He is happy with it.
