Love the heat press works great !!Good product for the most part. The handles on top are loosening and it hasn’t been used much as well as the height adjustment handle continues to not work. I’ve had it fixed 3 timesThere are a lot of options when it comes to shopping for a press, but you can't go wrong with this one. The press is a nice size and does what it does well. The addition of cap, mug and plate presses are super nice even if you don't plan on using them right away you know you have that option.What really impressed me was the customer service. I don't think enough people review this part of a sale, but in my case the main mug press harness was really bent. I reached out to the seller and within 3 days I had a new harness. When it showed up I had no clue what package had just arrived because I didn't expect the replacment so fast, but I was pleasently surprised. They even offered me a $15 credit because of the damaged item, but I declined it because things happen and it could of gotten damaged in shipping just as easily as it could of been a quality control issue.If you are looking for a solid press this is the one to get. Lots of options and the side swinging top plate makes it super easy to get your garment on and off.Great product. Very helpful for my small businessIt's a decent heat-press, my 2 stars off are for the plastic housing on the control unit, the cheap-feeling wires going to the heating units, and the rail system on the unit if very flimsy. I would also suggest screwing the base down if you are going to use it much, the swing feature can cause the unit to tilt which could cause you to grab it and burn yourself. The main heat plate could be a little heavier metal, it just feels cheap. All that being said it does have some nice features, the timer feature is nice once you figure it out. I have yet to use the hat press, or any of the other attachments, but they feel decent. The mug/cup attachments seen a little had to get bolted together, but I guess if you are using it once you get the one you want you can just keep going, just it will talk a while to change the setup. I think the power cord is a little shore also. Really this is not a negative review, if it was a negative review I would not be keeping the unit. Would I buy it again, YES I would, after all it is not a 1500 dollar heat press. Features I would like, I would like it to pop the unit up when the time was up, I would like to see the bottom platten come out further on the rails and catch in place, maybe even somehow a threadable platten. when you could do one side of the shirt at a time.I was kinda nervous when buying the heat press due to it being my first time buying one. overall this heat press does what needs to do with no problems seen. used on over about 100+ shirts already and had no issue. Cant say its the most amazing heat press but definitely a good buy if you're starting off.At first I was a little intimidated by allof the attachments, having only used a plain ol’ press. Once I started using it, I quickly fell in love. My only “complaint” isn’t really a complaint, I just wish it was a little easier to use the attachments without having to take the main plate apart. I wish they were all just plug n go. The swing away plate is so much better than the clamshell style. You can adjust your projects without burning yourself! The unit is heavier of course, so even tho it’s easy to move around, it would be ideal if you have a dedicated space for it, and make sure you have room to swing away the plate. Overall a great press and I’m glad I bought it!I’ve had this product since 2020 and I absolutely loved it.
